Raspberries in their own juice will be an exception, they are prepared with a little sugar and without boiling, which allows you to preserve the aroma, color and taste of raspberries in this dessert. The recipe is simple: raspberries are covered with sugar, then put in jars and sterilized. Jars and lids, regardless of the preservation recipe for this berry, are sterilized.

First, prepare the raspberries for this blank. Peel them from the stalks and remove the damaged fruits. It is undesirable to wash the raspberries, so as not to mash this delicate berry, but if there is a need for this, dip the berries in a colander several times in cold water.
