Harvesting raspberries generally requires a lot of sugar, which is not entirely healthy. Raspberries in their own juice will be an exception, they are prepared with a little sugar and without boiling, which allows you to preserve the aroma, color and taste of raspberries in this dessert. The recipe is simple: raspberries are covered with sugar, then put in jars and sterilized. Jars and lids, regardless of the preservation recipe for this berry, are sterilized.

Then the cans with raspberries need to be sterilized. Cover the jars with lids and place in a large saucepan, cover the bottom with a towel, and fill them with warm water up to the level of the jar hangers. The sterilization time is counted from the beginning of the boiling of water in the pan: half-liter cans are sterilized for 45 minutes, liter cans - 20 minutes.
