Raspberry jam without cooking

Raspberry is a very aromatic berry. To preserve its wonderful aroma, as well as all the benefits of fresh berries, you can make jam without boiling. Such raw jam retains all vitamins and minerals, which is very valuable during colds. To make such a jam tasty and well stored, you need to approach the preparation of raw materials responsibly. All defective, rotten, overripe berries should not be used - they can spoil the taste of the workpiece and cause the risk of spoilage.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
We sort out the raspberries: the stalks, leaves, we take out random debris. We wash the prepared berries in running water and let the liquid drain completely. Sprinkle the washed berries on a clean towel and let them dry.
step 2 out of 7
Prepared berries need to be chopped. To do this, you can use a meat grinder, submersible or stationary blender.
step 3 out of 7
Pour the prepared puree into a wide container.
step 4 out of 7
Pour the specified amount of granulated sugar over the puree.
step 5 out of 7
Mix the sugar with the raspberry puree thoroughly. It is best to use a wooden spatula for mixing. We leave the mixture for an hour so that the sugar has the opportunity to completely dissolve.
step 6 out of 7
After an hour, mix the jam again thoroughly.
step 7 out of 7
Jars for raw jam must first be sterilized and dried. We do the same with lids. Pour the finished jam into prepared jars and close the lids. We store the workpiece in a cool, dark place for no more than a year.

Bon Appetit!
