Raspberry jam thick

I have never met a single sweet tooth who does not like raspberry jam. Raspberry jam is very healthy and contains a lot of vitamins. Many during the period of seasonal illnesses and for preventive purposes use raspberry jam. I want to share a recipe for thick raspberry jam.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 9
For raspberry jam, I pick the berries myself so that no debris or insects are caught.
step 2 out of 9
Sort the raspberries carefully. Raspberries should not be washed.
step 3 out of 9
In a bowl with a thick bottom, lay out the sorted raspberries and granulated sugar in layers. Cover with a lid or clean kitchen towel and let sit overnight to let the juice stand out and the berries are soaked in the syrup.
step 4 out of 9
Put the container on medium heat, bring to a boil, stirring occasionally and removing the resulting foam. Boil the jam for 5 minutes, then remove from heat and cool completely. This will take approximately 1-1.5 hours.
step 5 out of 9
Put the container with the jam over medium heat, bring to a boil, stirring occasionally and removing the resulting foam. Boil the jam for 5 minutes, then remove from heat and cool completely for 1-1.5 hours.
step 6 out of 9
Put the container with raspberry jam over medium heat, bring to a boil, and cook the jam for 5 minutes, and then turn off the heat.
step 7 out of 9
You can check the readiness of the jam by pouring a small amount onto a plate. If the jam does not spread and keeps its shape, then it's done! Prepare jars, wash thoroughly and sterilize in the microwave or oven. Pour boiling water over the lids. Jars and lids must be completely dry.
step 8 out of 9
Using a ladle, carefully pour the hot jam into sterile jars. Tighten jars of raspberry jam with sterile lids, then turn upside down, wrap them in a warm blanket. Leave as it is until it cools completely.
step 9 out of 9
When completely cool, turn the jars over and move them to a cool, dark place for long-term storage. The cooled raspberry jam will thicken well. The berries in this jam remain intact. You can try the aromatic thick raspberry jam.

Enjoy!
