Lightly salted cucumbers in a 3-liter jar

In the summer season, when there are a lot of fresh vegetables in the beds, you can pamper your loved ones with crispy, lightly salted cucumbers. They are prepared simply and depending on what result you want to get, you can marinate them from one to three days.

Rinse cucumbers, dill, horseradish leaves and currants under cold water. Pour cucumbers with cold water and leave for 5-10 minutes.

Peel the garlic and cut into wedges. Finely chop the greens with a knife. Oak bark can be bought at the pharmacy, they will give the cucumbers a special flavor.

Put 1/3 of the herbs and garlic on the bottom of a three-liter jar.

Cut off the tips of the cucumbers and place the first layer of vegetables firmly on the bottom of the jar. Place the second portion of the spices on top.

Add the cucumbers to the top in random order and place the rest of the spices on top of them.

Dissolve 2 tablespoons of salt in 1.5-2 liters of water and pour cucumbers with this brine, cover the jar with a lid.

Leave the cucumbers for 1-3 days in a cool place, but not in the refrigerator. As soon as a milky foam appears on the cucumbers, they are ready, you can tightly close them with a lid and put them in the refrigerator for storage.
