Lightly salted cucumbers are pickled so quickly that they can be cooked just before lunch or dinner. They are very tasty to eat with potatoes and meat dishes.

Wash cucumbers well, cut them into cubes, put them in a plastic bag. If there are a lot of cucumbers, then distribute them in several packages.
