Lightly salted instant cucumbers on mineral water

I want to share the ideal, in my opinion, recipe for lightly salted instant cucumbers on mineral water. If you are expecting guests in the evening, I advise you to use this recipe and cook lightly salted cucumbers in the morning. After eight hours, you can serve the appetizer on the table.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
First, prepare all the ingredients you need to make a flavorful and juicy snack. Peel the garlic, rinse in cold running water, and then cut into thin slices.
step 2 out of 7
Prepare a container in which you will cook lightly salted cucumbers. Select small vegetables and wash thoroughly in cool running water. Dry the cucumbers, and then trim the tails on both sides. Put the cucumbers in the prepared container in the first layer, spread the chopped garlic on top, as well as the dill greens, previously washed and dried.
step 3 out of 7
You can also use parsley or any other greens as desired. Put the cucumbers and dill on top again.
step 4 out of 7
Then spread out the remaining garlic.
step 5 out of 7
Prepare the brine. Combine the required amount of mineral sparkling water and rock salt in a small container. Stir thoroughly until the salt crystals are completely dissolved, and then pour the prepared brine over the cucumbers.
step 6 out of 7
Cover the container with cucumbers with a lid or tighten with cling film, and then place in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
step 7 out of 7
Serve ready-made quick-cooked cucumbers.

Bon Appetit!
