Lightly salted cucumbers are a versatile snack that can be prepared hot and cold. It is also cooked in a saucepan, in a jar and even in a bag. I propose to cook lightly salted cucumbers in a hot way for 1 liter of brine. The appetizer is aromatic and very crispy.

Wash the jar thoroughly with baking soda in warm water, and then sterilize in the microwave. Sterilizing is optional, but I do sterilize. Rinse the dill thoroughly in cold water, then shake off excess moisture. Peel the garlic and rinse in running water.
