Lightly salted cucumbers with instant boiling water

I want to offer an interesting and very simple recipe for lightly salted instant cucumbers using boiling water. The snack can be consumed after 6 hours. Appetizing cucumbers can be served with any hot dishes. Cucumbers are delicious and crispy.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 4
The first step is to carefully select cucumbers that are the same medium size. Rinse them thoroughly in cool running water, then pat dry with a kitchen towel, or use paper towels. Cut off the ends and place the cucumbers in a deep container in which you will pickle them.
step 2 out of 4
In the meantime, prepare the marinade. Peel the garlic and then rinse. Pour the required amount of cold water into a saucepan with a thick bottom, add granulated sugar, salt, peeled garlic, black peppercorns and bay leaf. Put the pan on fire and bring to a boil, then boil for just a couple of minutes, and then pour in the vinegar.
step 3 out of 4
Stir well and remove from heat. Pour the prepared marinade over the cucumbers. Rinse the dill well and shake off excess moisture, lay it on top of the cucumbers. You can use any other greens you like, such as black currant leaves and horseradish. Cover the container with cucumbers with a lid and leave at room temperature until it cools completely.
step 4 out of 4
After about 5-6 hours, the snack will be ready. Before serving lightly salted cucumbers, place them literally in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to cool. Serve chilled lightly salted cucumbers with your favorite dishes.

Bon Appetit!
