You don't have to stand in the kitchen for a long time to prepare a fragrant juicy snack. I propose to cook lightly salted cucumbers with mineral water in a jar. The cucumbers are crispy and delicious. Cooking a snack will not take much of your time.

Prepare all the ingredients you need to make your favorite snack. Choose small cucumbers. It is best to use homemade cucumbers. Wash them thoroughly in cold running water, and then put them in a deep container and cover with cold water. Leave for about an hour and a half. If you are limited in time, then soaking the cucumbers is not necessary.
Place twisted garlic arrows between the cucumber layers to taste. If there are no arrows of garlic, you can use regular garlic, having previously peeled it off and rinsed in cold water. Adjust the amount of garlic according to your own preference. Fill jars of cucumbers with the required amount of highly carbonated mineral water.
