If you like Caucasian cuisine, then you should definitely try your own Georgian cucumbers. This yummy with a specific smell of oriental spices and herbs will not leave indifferent any connoisseur of original dishes, to which these cucumbers can be safely attributed.

Put the clean cucumbers in a container with cold water for 3-4 hours so that the vegetables are saturated with it and subsequently crunch well.

Cut off the tips and tails, and cut the cucumbers themselves lengthwise into 4 or 6 pieces.

Place the cucumbers in a saucepan or food container with a lid. Sprinkle the chopped garlic over the cucumbers.
