Lightly salted cucumbers with mustard is an unusual appetizer to taste, which is prepared in mineral water. Cucumbers turn out to be so delicious and aromatic that it is simply impossible to come off. Therefore, cook several portions at once, you will not regret it!

Prepare pickle brine in a small container. Combine mustard powder, coarse salt and mineral water, mix thoroughly until the salt is completely dissolved.

Choose small cucumbers of the same size, wash them thoroughly under running water. If you want crunchy cucumbers, soak them in cold water for about 1 hour beforehand. But if you are limited in time, you can skip this step - in any case, the cucumbers are delicious.

Peel the garlic, chop it. Rinse the greens and leaves well and let them dry. The cucumbers can be pricked in several places with a fork to help salt them better. At the bottom of the container in which vegetables will be salted, put herbs and leaves, chopped garlic and black peppercorns.
