If you want delicious lightly salted cucumbers - this recipe is for you! Delicious spicy cucumbers with garlic, herbs and vinegar. They are prepared in a matter of minutes, and their taste is remembered for a long time!

Add salt to the cucumbers. We choose coarse salt, not iodized, from which the cucumbers will become very soft. Next, add sugar, vegetable oil (if you like olive or unrefined sunflower oil, you can use it, then the cucumbers will turn out to be fragrant) and vinegar (you can use the usual 9% table oil, or add grape or apple cider).
Peel the garlic, rinse and chop finely. You can pass the garlic through a press, so it will give the cucumbers more flavor and juice. Add garlic to cucumbers. We wash the dill branches under running water, dry a little on a towel, then chop finely. Add dill to cucumbers. In your recipe, you can use any greens, the aroma of which you like to taste: parsley, basil, celery, cilantro.
