But as a result, we get crispy, fragrant lightly salted cucumbers saturated with aromas of garlic, pepper and herbs. Cucumbers are a great cold snack option or a great alternative to a fresh vegetable salad.

Tie the bag of cucumbers tightly and shake well for 2-3 minutes so that all the ingredients mix well. We leave the cucumbers at room temperature for 1-1.5 hours, periodically shaking the bag so that the cucumbers are evenly salted. Then we put the bag of cucumbers in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. This amount of time is enough for the cucumbers to turn out lightly salted. If you marinate them longer, they will turn out to be quite salty.
