Lightly salted cucumbers in hot water

I want to share a simple and quick recipe for lightly salted cucumbers in hot water. Experienced housewives know that cucumbers can be “salted” in different ways. But I chose this recipe for myself. You can cook such cucumbers in the evening, and enjoy a delicious crispy snack in the morning.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 4
Rinse young small cucumbers well in cool water. Cut off the ends. Peel the garlic and rinse well in water. Rinse the dill greens under running water and shake off excess moisture. Wash the jar in which you will salt the cucumbers in warm water, then sterilize in a way convenient for you. Place the garlic and dill on the bottom.
step 2 out of 4
Place the cucumbers tightly together in the jar. Pour the required amount of cold drinking water into a saucepan with a thick bottom. Put the saucepan with the contents over medium heat and bring to a boil. Then add the required amount of granulated sugar and coarse salt. Mix thoroughly until completely dissolved.
step 3 out of 4
Boil for just a couple of minutes and immediately pour the cucumbers with hot brine. Cover the jar of cucumbers with a lid or cheesecloth, and leave at room temperature for 12 hours. After the jar is completely cool, move it to the refrigerator or other cool place to chill.
step 4 out of 4
Serve fragrant lightly salted cucumbers at the dinner table with your favorite dishes. I want to note that such cucumbers can be used both as an independent snack and as a component for cooking.

Bon Appetit!
