There are many recipes for making lightly salted cucumbers, as well as various methods. And today I want to share a recipe for lightly salted cucumbers in hot water, cooked in a jar.

First of all, thoroughly wash the jar in which you will salt the cucumbers, and then, if desired, sterilize in a way convenient for you. Rinse horseradish and blackcurrant leaves and dill umbrellas well. Shake off excess moisture. Put half of the washed greens and leaves on the bottom of the prepared jar.

You can use horseradish root if you like. Then it will first need to be washed and cleaned. Prepare the cucumbers, select the medium-sized cucumbers, and then rinse them in cold running water.

Then pat dry by placing on a kitchen towel. Then cut off the ends.

Put the prepared cucumbers tightly in a jar, place a few cloves of pre-peeled and washed garlic and horseradish root in the middle.
