Lightly salted cucumbers in hot water in a saucepan

I want to share another tasty and quick enough recipe for lightly salted cucumbers in hot water. Cucumbers cooked in this way are crispy and very appetizing. Such an appetizer is suitable for daily use, as well as for treating your guests at a family feast.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
Prepare the required ingredients. Take the number of young domestic cucumbers indicated in the recipe of about the same size, wash thoroughly in cold running water, and then dry them.
step 2 out of 8
Then cut off the ends. Then thoroughly rinse the leaves of black currant, cherry, horseradish, and dill umbrellas, then shake them off from excess moisture.
step 3 out of 8
Prepare a saucepan in which you will salt the cucumbers. Put half of the washed greens on the bottom of the prepared saucepan. Peel the garlic and then rinse in cold water. Cut the peeled garlic into several pieces and place on top of the leaves.
step 4 out of 8
Then lay out the cucumbers prepared in advance.
step 5 out of 8
Top with the remaining half of the leaves and herbs.
step 6 out of 8
Take up the preparation of the brine. Pour the required amount of cold drinking water into a saucepan with a thick bottom, then add the required amount of rock salt. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil. Boil the brine for just a few minutes.
step 7 out of 8
Then remove from heat and immediately pour cucumbers over them. Cover and leave at room temperature for about 8-10 hours.
step 8 out of 8
Then move the pot of cucumbers to the refrigerator for another 2 hours. Serve chilled lightly salted cucumbers.

Bon Appetit!
