Lightly salted cucumbers in hot filling

It is with great pleasure that I want to share the simplest, in my opinion, recipe for salted cucumbers in hot fill. To prepare a fragrant snack, you will need a minimum amount of ingredients and your free time. All that remains is to wait for the night to taste lightly salted cucumbers.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 4
First, prepare all the ingredients you need to make your snack. Peel the garlic and rinse well in cold running water. Rinse the dill umbrellas thoroughly under running water and shake them off from excess moisture. Measure out the required amount of coarse salt.
step 2 out of 4
Wash young cucumbers well in cool water. Pat dry on a tea towel. Cut off the ends. Wash the jar in which you will salt the cucumbers in warm water, then sterilize in the microwave or in a water bath. Put the peeled garlic on the bottom, place the cucumbers in a jar tightly to each other, put the dill umbrellas on top.
step 3 out of 4
Then add a measured amount of coarse salt. Boil the required amount of drinking water in advance, and then carefully pour in the cucumbers so as not to burn yourself. Pour boiling water over the nylon cover.
step 4 out of 4
Close the jar of cucumbers with a prepared nylon lid, and leave for about 12 hours in a room room. I leave on the floor in a dark place. Place the jar in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to cool before serving the quick, flavorful pickles. After cooling, place the cucumbers on a plate and serve with your favorite dishes.

Bon Appetit!
