If you want to cook lightly salted cucumbers and at the same time keep their bright saturated color, then this recipe is for you. The secret of the recipe is that cucumbers are poured with cold brine. At the same time, the snack becomes healthier and tastier. Lightly salted cucumbers are crispy and quite aromatic due to the use of a large amount of spices and seasonings.
Ingredients
Cooking process
Prepare the jar. Wash it thoroughly in warm water with baking soda, if desired, you can sterilize it in the microwave or in a water bath. Put the cucumbers in a prepared jar and cover with cold water. This procedure is done in order to know how many cucumbers fit in a jar, and at the same time they are soaked in water.
In the meantime, prepare the brine. Pour the required amount of cold water into a small saucepan and add table salt, coriander and mustard seeds, as well as cloves, bay leaves, allspice and black peppercorns. Place the pot with the contents on the fire and bring to a boil, then boil for literally another 5 minutes.
Bon Appetit!
