Lightly salted cucumbers in a saucepan

If you like lightly salted cucumbers, then you will definitely like this recipe. Cook them pretty quickly, just a day. And special additions to their leaves of currant, horseradish and cherry will give the dish a special flavor. They will make any dish more appetizing!

We wash the cucumbers thoroughly. Pour a basin of water and pour vegetables into it. We leave them to brew for 2 hours.

We boil the water and pour salt into it, stir it so that it completely dissolves.

We wash the greens. Put half of the greens (currant, cherry and horseradish leaves, as well as dill) on the bottom of the pan.

Filter the salted water through a sieve and pour it over the cucumbers.

Put the remaining greens on top.

We take a towel and cover the pan with it.Leave it in this form for 12 hours. After that, put the cucumbers in the refrigerator and let stand for another 12 hours.

Small addition: In terms of weight, 70g salt per 1 liter of water for small cucumbers, 80g for large ones. Everything ! :-))
