Lightly salted cucumbers in a bag are a favorite snack of many. It is very simple and quick to prepare. For pickling and flavoring, we use only salt and fresh dill, this is enough to make the cucumbers crisp, with a rich taste and aroma. If desired, of course, you can add a few cloves of garlic.

To make the cucumbers crisp and look appetizing, we select the same small fruits. Cucumbers should be as fresh and young as possible. But there is a way to refresh vegetables if there is no way to use raw materials directly from the garden. To do this, rinse the cucumbers thoroughly, cut off the tips, put them in a suitable container and fill them with ice water. You can put a few ice cubes in the water to keep the temperature as low as possible. Put the container with cucumbers in the refrigerator for two to three hours.
We prick the prepared cucumbers with a fork in several places to speed up the pickling process. We put them in a strong plastic bag. We also put the specified amount of salt and chopped dill in the bag. We tie the bag tightly and vigorously but gently shake it in our hands to distribute the spices over the cucumbers. We put the bag in the refrigerator and wait two hours.
