What could be better than young salted cucumbers with herbs and garlic, served with young potatoes? The spices and herbs that you add to the cucumbers, as well as the amount of salt and the choice of oil, is entirely up to you! Turn on your imagination and create, and after 30 minutes ready-made pickled cucumbers will flaunt on your table.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
We wash the cucumbers under running water, put them on a kitchen towel and leave them for 10-15 minutes to dry. Then we cut off the tips of the cucumbers and cut them in half. We put the cucumbers in a clean, dense plastic bag.
step 2 out of 5
Add sugar and salt to the bag to the cucumbers (it is best to use coarse salt, since the cucumbers quickly become soft from iodized salt) aromatic vegetable oil (you can replace with refined or olive oil, or others of your choice) and vinegar.
step 3 out of 5
Peel the garlic, rinse and cut into small cubes. If you want, you can pass the garlic through a press. We wash the dill under cool water (you can use parsley, cilantro or basil), spread it on a towel and let it dry a little. Then chop it finely with a knife. Add dill and garlic to the cucumber bag.
step 4 out of 5
We collect the edges of the bag, release all the air from it and tie it. Shake the bag of cucumbers so that all the ingredients are mixed together. We leave the cucumbers in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes, so that they marinate a little. If you want more salty cucumbers, let them salt for a couple of hours.
step 5 out of 5
Put the finished salted cucumbers on a plate and serve. Bon Appetit!
