Lightly salted cucumbers in a bag per hour

How nice it is to crunch cucumbers with the aroma of garlic and dill, and with young potatoes. This quick recipe will save you when you don't have time to cook, but you want delicious and tender pickles. Cook them in 10 minutes, put them in a bag and take them with you to nature, to fried kebabs or potatoes baked in a fire. While you are driving, the cucumbers will be pickled and after 30 minutes you can enjoy the fragrant crispy vegetable.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Wash the cucumbers well from the litter, cut the tails. It is better to use small vegetables, they will marinate better, but if you take large ones, be sure to cut them lengthwise.
step 2 out of 6
Fold the cucumbers into a clean, dry bag.
step 3 out of 6
Pour salt and sugar into the bag.
step 4 out of 6
Pour in unrefined oil and add vinegar (can be used according to preference, apple grape or regular table 9%).
step 5 out of 6
Divide the head of garlic into cloves and peel them. Pass it through a press and place in a bag of cucumbers. Place the dill in cold water for 5 minutes to soak the debris. Rinse, shake off water and chop finely. Place the herbs over the cucumbers.
step 6 out of 6
Assemble the package by releasing air from it through the top and stirring the cucumbers with the ingredients, shaking slightly. Tie the top of the bag and put it in the cold or take it with you on the road. You can eat them right away, but to get a lightly salted product, wait 30 minutes.

Bon Appetit!
