Lightly salted cucumbers in instant brine

Lightly salted cucumbers can be prepared in a variety of ways. Each hostess prefers her favorite way. Lightly salted cucumbers go well with any dish and turn out to be very tasty, as well as quite aromatic.

First, prepare all the ingredients you need. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly, and then put in a deep container and cover with cold water. Leave to soak for a while, 1 hour should be sufficient. For lightly salted cucumbers, choose fresh young fruits of a small size. Such vegetables will be salted well in the least amount of time.

After the time has elapsed, remove the cucumbers from the water and rinse again in cold running water. Then pat the vegetables dry with paper towels, or place them on a clean kitchen towel and let them dry for a while. Cut off the ends.
