For lightly salted cucumbers, choose fresh young fruits of a small size. Such vegetables will be salted well in the least amount of time.
Pour the required amount of cold drinking water into a saucepan with a thick bottom. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil. Then add the required amount of granulated sugar, table salt and black peppercorns. Stir well until the salt and granulated sugar are completely dissolved. Boil for a few minutes. And then remove from heat.
If you want the cucumbers to salt faster, leave them at room temperature for 6-8 hours.
