Lightly salted cucumbers per hour

Dill, garlic and the correct ratio of salt and sugar - that's all you need to make lightly salted cucumbers, which in an hour will delight you with their aroma and characteristic crunch. Cucumbers must be chosen small in size, and the ends must be cut off - this will ensure a uniform and quick pickling process.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 10
The size of the cucumbers for quick pickling should be about the same. It is better to choose young fruits with pimples. Thoroughly rinse the cucumbers with running water and dry.
step 2 out of 10
Cut off the ends to avoid bitterness and for a quick salting process.
step 3 out of 10
Mix salt and sugar in a separate small bowl.
step 4 out of 10
Crush the peppercorns with the flat side of a knife.
step 5 out of 10
Peel the cloves of garlic and pass through a press.
step 6 out of 10
We wash a bunch of dill, dry it and chop finely.
step 7 out of 10
We prick each cucumber with a fork and put it in a plastic bag of a suitable size.
step 8 out of 10
Put in a bag a mixture of salt and sugar, chopped dill, crushed pepper and chopped garlic. Tie the bag tightly on top.
step 9 out of 10
We take the package in hand and shake it vigorously but gently. It is important that the spices are scattered throughout the bag and spread over the surface of the cucumbers. Then we put the bag in a warm place: for example, on a sunny windowsill.
step 10 out of 10
After an hour, the cucumbers will secrete juice and quickly marinate with a mixture of liquid and spices under the influence of heat. They can be taken out of the bag and served as a snack.

Bon Appetit!
