To serve them on the table, you just need to put them on a plate and that's it! For the preparation of lightly salted tomatoes, juicy, ripe, but not soft fruits are needed. It is desirable that they have a dense fleshy core, then they will retain their shape during the pickling process. We wash the tomatoes well under a stream of cool running water and let them dry a little on a towel.
