We heat the kefir in the microwave for 30-40 seconds, add soda and salt to it, mix well, a reaction should take place. Pour semolina into a deep bowl, fill with heated kefir and leave to swell for 20-25 minutes.

Break eggs into a deep bowl, add sugar and whisk them until smooth and fluffy.

Add the egg mixture to the swollen semolina in a bowl and mix all the ingredients well. The consistency of the dough is like thick sour cream.
