Everyone, probably, remembers the taste of manna, which was treated to us in kindergarten. It is very simple to repeat it at home, the recipe is not complicated. And even if there is not a single gram of flour, it doesn't matter. There is a recipe for this dessert without flour, which, in terms of its taste, is not a drop inferior to the original. Try it yourself!

Pour the semolina with kefir and leave until it swells (it will take about an hour).

When the mass increases in volume due to the swollen semolina, stir.

In a separate bowl, beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy.
