Mannik on kefir is a popular dessert. But what if there are no eggs in the fridge? I want to offer a simple recipe for manna without eggs. The pie turns out to be very tasty and is eaten in a matter of minutes. Even children who do not like semolina porridge are sure to piglet supplements. I suggest baking the manna in a slow cooker.

Pour semolina and granulated sugar into a deep bowl, stir well and cover with kefir to swell. Set aside for 1 hour.

Sift the flour and baking powder through a sieve into a separate container.

Pour vegetable oil into the swollen semolina, add vanilla sugar and stir well. Add the sifted flour and stir again.

You do not need to lubricate the multicooker bowl, since the dough contains vegetable oil, carefully transfer the dough. Close the lid of the multicooker. Select the "Baking" mode, set the cooking time to 45 minutes. After the beep, turn off the appliance and open the lid of the multicooker. Cool the pie a little. Insert the steaming basket into the multicooker bowl and use it to move the manna to the plate.
