Mannik on kefir is the easiest dessert to prepare with a delicate taste, which is undoubtedly familiar to many from childhood. Even those who do not have great culinary skills can cope with such a dish.

We take a deep bowl and mix two hundred grams of semolina, one hundred grams of sugar in it. Add the butter there, which must first be melted, and two eggs. Mix everything well.

We take another deep bowl and pour the required amount of kefir into it, in which we will extinguish the soda. To do this, pour soda into kefir and wait a few minutes. After that, kefir with slaked soda must be combined with the bulk. We mix everything until the mass becomes homogeneous.

The form in which you will bake the manna must be pre-oiled with vegetable oil. Pour the dough into a mold and send it to a preheated oven, where our dessert must be baked at 180 degrees for about half an hour. The readiness of the dish can be checked with a toothpick: if after dipping the toothpick into the pie, there is no dough left on it, everything is ready. Cool before serving.
