Here is a recipe for a delicious and easy-to-cook manna. It does not require special ingredients or mixing techniques. Even in vegetable oil, the manna turns out to be lush and airy. Cook and see for yourself!

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
Pour kefir into a bowl, add semolina to it, mix everything so that there are no lumps, and let it brew for 15 minutes.
step 2 out of 8
We wash the raisins, pour boiling water over it and leave for 15 minutes. After that, pour the raisins into a sieve and wait for all the water to drain.
step 3 out of 8
You can already preheat the oven by setting the temperature to 180 degrees. We send eggs, granulated sugar, vanilla sugar and vegetable oil into a deep container. Mix everything thoroughly and beat with a whisk for 2 minutes.
step 4 out of 8
Place the infused semolina in a working bowl with the ingredients. Stir until smooth.
step 5 out of 8
Dip the raisins in flour on all sides and add to the almost finished dough.
step 6 out of 8
Mix wheat flour with baking powder, sift and send to a container with the rest of the ingredients. Using a whisk, bring the dough to viscosity and uniformity.
step 7 out of 8
Grease the refractory form with butter and pour the dough of the future manna into it.
step 8 out of 8
Put the manna in a hot oven to bake for 40 minutes. It is not recommended to open the oven for the first half of the time to avoid lowering the baking temperature and the dough does not settle. We take out the finished manna with raisins, cool, separate from the walls of the form and transfer to a dish. The treat is ready!

Enjoy your tea!
