I often use a multicooker to prepare aromatic and mouth-watering pastries. Today I want to offer a recipe for manna on kefir with jam in a slow cooker. The baked goods are airy and tender. For the preparation of dessert, you can use any available jam.

Pour the required amount of kefir into a deep container. Pour in the required amount of granulated sugar. Using a whisk, mix thoroughly until the granulated sugar crystals are completely dissolved and a homogeneous consistency is obtained.

Grate the butter on a coarse grater, and then add to the kefir mass.

Wash the lemon thoroughly in running water, then pour over boiling water and remove the lemon zest with a fine grater, without touching the white part. Then add to the previously prepared mass. Mix thoroughly with a whisk.

Then add the required amount of semolina. Mix thoroughly and leave to swell for about 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Measure out the required amount of wheat flour and sift it through a fine sieve into a separate container. Add baking powder and mix thoroughly. Add dry ingredients to the dough in several steps.

Stir thoroughly with a whisk until a smooth, uniform consistency is obtained.

Grease the multicooker bowl with a small amount of vegetable oil, and then pour out the prepared dough, distribute it evenly with a silicone spatula. Spread raspberry jam on top. Close the lid of the multicooker. On the device panel, select the "Baking" mode, set the cooking time - 1 hour. Click the "Start" button.

After the beep, turn off the device, leave the manna for another 15 minutes. Then open the lid of the appliance and using the steaming basket, carefully remove the manna and put it on a dish.

Cool completely and sprinkle with a little powdered sugar. Cut the cooled manna on kefir with jam into portioned pieces and serve with aromatic tea or coffee.
