Mannik on milk without eggs

Not everyone loves semolina porridge. But the manna on milk without eggs will definitely appeal to all those with a sweet tooth. The pie turns out to be very tasty and is eaten in a matter of minutes, so I recommend cooking a double portion at once.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
Rinse and dry the raisins in advance. Pour milk into a deep saucepan, add butter, granulated sugar and prepared raisins. Place a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil.
step 2 out of 8
Pour the semolina in a thin stream, cook for a few minutes and remove from heat.
step 3 out of 8
Cool, stirring constantly.
step 4 out of 8
Add soft curd and stir thoroughly.
step 5 out of 8
Grease the prepared baking dish with a small amount of oil (if the mold is silicone, you do not need to grease it) or cover it with parchment. Lay out the dough carefully and smooth with a silicone spatula.
step 6 out of 8
Wash the apples well, peel and core, cut in your favorite way. Put the prepared apples on top of the dough.
step 7 out of 8
Sprinkle with almond petals and brown sugar on top. Place the manna in a well-preheated oven for 35 minutes. Bake at 200 degrees.
step 8 out of 8
Check readiness with a wooden skewer. Let the cake cool, remove from the mold, cut into portions.
Garnish with powdered sugar if desired. The mannik turns out to be very tasty. Enjoy your tea!
