It is very simple to prepare mannik in milk - all the ingredients are just enough to mix. You can make the cooking process even easier by using a mixer. But for all the simplicity of preparation, it is important not to forget about an essential point: the finished dough must be allowed to stand before baking for at least thirty minutes. This is necessary to obtain the characteristic moist, crumbly crumb.

Cooking process
We heat the milk on the stove or in the microwave until hot and dip the butter into it. While the butter is melted in the hot liquid, prepare the dough. To do this, break the eggs into a large bowl, add sugar, vanillin and beat everything together with a whisk or mixer until smooth and foam appears. Then pour in vegetable oil, cooled to a warm state, milk with butter to the egg mass and add semolina. Stir the mixture with a mixer at low speeds - you just need to achieve uniformity. Leave the cooked dough at room temperature for half an hour.
We bake the manna for about thirty five to forty minutes. Readiness can be checked with a toothpick by sticking it into the middle of the product. If it came out dry, without traces of wet dough, then the manna is ready. We take it out of the oven, let it cool slightly, and then remove it from the mold onto a serving plate. Cool the manna completely and cut into portions.
Bon Appetit!
