Break the chilled eggs into a deep container, beat well until fluffy, add granulated sugar and beat with a whisk until the sugar is completely dissolved. Pour the semolina in several steps and mix well. Heat the milk in the microwave and add to the dough. Stir and set aside for half an hour for the semolina to swell.
