Mannik in milk with soda

Pour milk into a saucepan and heat over low heat, but do not bring to a boil.

Melt the butter in warm milk.

Beat eggs with sugar in a separate container, add vanillin, beat again.

Add 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.

Mix the resulting mass thoroughly.

Pour warm milk and butter into the egg-sugar mixture.

Pour in the semolina, mix and leave for half an hour until the semolina swells.
