Mannik in milk with cottage cheese

Fans of homemade baking will definitely appreciate the cottage cheese manna with milk. Thanks to semolina and milk, the dessert will turn out to be tender and dense in consistency. Mannik is prepared from natural products, so such baked goods are also healthy.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
Prepare the required amount of semolina and milk. Pour the groats into a deep bowl and cover it with cow's milk. Stir and let sit for 15 minutes.
step 2 out of 7
As soon as the semolina swells, beat in the chicken eggs. We mix.
step 3 out of 7
Add granulated sugar and vanillin to the total mass. Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk. The mass should take on a homogeneous state.
step 4 out of 7
Take cottage cheese and pass it through a fine sieve (you can grind it in a blender). We send the prepared cottage cheese into a container with the rest of the ingredients and mix it in with high quality.
step 5 out of 7
Sift the wheat flour, then combine it with baking powder and gradually add the dry mixture to the semolina. Knead the dough with a whisk, making it homogeneous. Let the resulting mass stand for 10 minutes.
step 6 out of 7
While the dough is infusing, turn on the heating of the oven by 180 degrees and prepare a baking dish. Coat it with a slice of butter. Once the semolina dough is infused, pour it into a mold and place it in a hot oven for 40 minutes.
step 7 out of 7
As soon as the manna is fried, make sure it is ready with a toothpick and turn off the oven. Do not immediately take out the manna, let it stand in the switched off oven for 15 minutes. Remove the ready-made manna in milk with cottage cheese from the mold, cover with powdered sugar and invite the family to the table.

Enjoy your tea!
