Next, pour the semolina and mix everything well. Cover the bowl with cling film and leave for half an hour - an hour for the semolina to soften and swell well.

When the semolina is infused, melt the butter on the stove or in the microwave and pour it into the total mass, mix.
step 7 out of 17
Pour in the salt and baking powder.
step 8 out of 17
Then add vanilla sugar and mix everything together well with a whisk. It is important that the added baking powder is evenly distributed throughout the dough.

Sift the flour into a separate container.
step 10 out of 17
Add sifted flour to the dough and mix thoroughly so that not a single lump remains.

Grease the baking dish with butter.
step 12 out of 17
After lubrication, sprinkle with breadcrumbs or semolina - this will save you from problems with removing the finished product from the mold.
step 13 out of 17
Pour the dough into a prepared mold, level it with a spoon or spatula along the entire perimeter of the mold.
step 14 out of 17
On top of the dough, lay out the jam berries in random order with a spoon.
step 15 out of 17
With light movements, we try to create a pattern of jam - we connect the berries to each other, passing with a spoon over the surface.
step 16 out of 17
We put the future manna in an oven preheated to 180 degrees on a medium level and bake for about 35 minutes. We check the readiness by sticking a match or a toothpick into the center of the manna. If it came out dry, then the product is ready.
step 17 out of 17
We take the finished manna out of the oven, let it cool in the form and remove it on a serving dish. Cut into portions and serve.
