Mannik on sour cream with banana

Mannik with banana slices is a great tasty and surprisingly tender dish that can be served for breakfast or as a dessert. Due to the fact that the dough is kneaded with sour cream, the pie has a pleasant creamy taste and aroma, and the banana is in perfect harmony with its delicate texture.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Pour semolina into a deep bowl, add sour cream, mix the products thoroughly and leave for 30-40 minutes at room temperature so that the semolina swells.
step 2 out of 6
After a while, break the eggs into a bowl of semolina, add the melted slightly cooled butter and sugar. Mix the ingredients well.
step 3 out of 6
Then we sift flour and baking powder into the dough and use a mixer to knead the dough so that there are no lumps in it. The dough should be homogeneous and resemble thick sour cream in consistency.
step 4 out of 6
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and put half of the dough into it, then put ripe bananas cut into slices on the dough and cover them with the second half of the dough. Using a silicone spatula, level the dough from above. We put the manna to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
step 5 out of 6
We take out the finished manna from the oven and leave it for 10-15 minutes to cool down a little. Then we take it out of the mold and put it on a dish. Let it cool for 20-25 minutes.
step 6 out of 6
Sprinkle the manna with powdered sugar, cut into portions and serve. Enjoy your tea!
