Lovers of apple baking will love this recipe. Mannik on sour cream turns out to be porous and lush, and the heady aroma of apples only complements it. Those who do not particularly recognize semolina will be able to appreciate this pie - along with flour, it gives an amazing result.

The apples must be washed. If you wish, you can peel them off. Cut the fruit into small pieces (you can use a coarse grater).

To make the dough in the end lush, prepare the base - add granulated sugar to the eggs and beat everything with a mixer or a regular whisk until an airy foam is obtained.
