Classic mannik on water

I strongly recommend using a simple and quick recipe and preparing a classic manna in water. I recently discovered this recipe. The texture of baked goods is practically no different from that prepared with milk or kefir.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
Break the eggs into a deep container and add the required amount of granulated sugar, vanillin, salt and baking powder.
step 2 out of 8
Using a mixer, beat thoroughly until the granulated sugar crystals are completely dissolved and a fluffy homogeneous consistency is obtained.
step 3 out of 8
Add semolina to the resulting mass and pour in drinking water, mix thoroughly with a mixer until a homogeneous consistency.
step 4 out of 8
Measure out the required amount of wheat flour and sift it through a fine sieve into the resulting dough. Stir well and leave to swell for about 20-30 minutes.
step 5 out of 8
Fill the silicone baking dish with the prepared dough. Place the mold in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake the manna for about 35-40 minutes.
step 6 out of 8
Check the readiness of the baking with a toothpick or wooden skewer. It must be completely dry. After the time has elapsed, carefully so as not to burn your hands, remove the mold with the manna from the oven, cool a little, and then remove the manna from the silicone mold.
step 7 out of 8
Put the cooled classic manna in water on a dish.
step 8 out of 8
Cut the dessert into portions and serve with tea or coffee.

Bon Appetit!
