Mannik, cooked in water in a multicooker, turns out to have an unusually delicate moist texture. For cooking, simple ingredients are used that can be found in the supplies of any hostess. If you don't have an oven, but you have a slow cooker, then this recipe is for you.
Ingredients
Cooking process
Lubricate the multicooker bowl with a small amount of vegetable oil, and then pour out the cooked dough, spreading it evenly with a silicone spatula. Close the lid of the multicooker. On the device panel, select the "Baking" mode, set the cooking time - 1 hour. Click the "Start" button. After the beep, turn off the device, leave the manna for another 15 minutes.
Bon Appetit!

I tried to make manna according to your recipe, but 200 ml of water is not enough for the dough to have the consistency shown in the photo. Perhaps some moment has been missed.
