Mannik on yogurt without flour

I want to share a wonderful recipe for a delicious and aromatic manna, which little children love very much. Even if your child does not eat semolina porridge, then he will not only refuse this homemade pie, but will also ask for more. For the filling, you can use your favorite dried fruits or nuts.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 9
In a deep bowl, add the amount of granulated sugar specified in the recipe, break the chicken eggs and pour in the required amount of drinking yogurt. Yogurt can be used with any flavor or natural.
step 2 out of 9
Mix the mass thoroughly using a mixer.
step 3 out of 9
Measure out the required amount of semolina and pour into a deep bowl, add baking powder, salt and vanillin. Mix well, and then gradually add to the previously obtained mass. Mix thoroughly with a whisk or mixer until smooth.
step 4 out of 9
Melt the butter in a water bath or in the microwave, cool slightly and add to the dough. Mix well again with a mixer or whisk.
step 5 out of 9
Grease a metal mold with a little butter and lightly sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
step 6 out of 9
Then fill with the prepared dough.
step 7 out of 9
Top with canned pineapple, candied fruit and marmalade. For decoration, you can choose something else depending on your own taste preferences. You can use any berries or not use them at all. Place the form in an oven preheated to 190 degrees. Bake the manna for about 30-35 minutes.
step 8 out of 9
Check the readiness of the manna with a wooden skewer or a toothpick. It must be completely dry. Then carefully remove the mold with the manna from the oven, cool a little, then carefully remove the manna from the metal mold, using a spatula.
step 9 out of 9
Decorate the cooled manna on flourless yogurt with powdered sugar and serve with aromatic tea or freshly brewed coffee.

Enjoy colorful holiday baked goods!
