Measure out the required amount of semolina and pour into a deep bowl. Then pour in the required amount of drinking yoghurt. Yogurt can be used with any flavor. Mix thoroughly and leave to swell for about 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Break chicken eggs into a deep container and add the required amount of granulated sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat thoroughly with a mixer until the granulated sugar crystals are completely dissolved. You can also use a whisk, but this will significantly increase the cooking time of the dessert.
