Mannik on yogurt in a slow cooker

Often I cook mannik on yogurt in a slow cooker for Sunday tea. The texture of the finished baked goods is porous, fluffy and airy. It is thanks to yoghurt that an incomparable delicate taste is obtained. I soak semolina overnight, but this is not necessary.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 12
Break the eggs into a deep container and add salt. Using a mixer, beat thoroughly until a fluffy, homogeneous consistency is obtained.
step 2 out of 12
Then add the required amount of granulated sugar. Beat thoroughly with a mixer until the granulated sugar crystals are completely dissolved. You can also use a whisk, but this will significantly increase the cooking time of the dessert.
step 3 out of 12
Then pour in the required amount of strawberry yogurt. You can use any flavor or natural yoghurt. If there is no yogurt, then kefir or sour milk will do. Mix well.
step 4 out of 12
Then add the required amount of semolina.
step 5 out of 12
Stir well and leave to swell for about 20-30 minutes. This procedure can be done in the evening to save time on homemade cakes.
step 6 out of 12
Cut candied fruits into small cubes. Choose candied fruits at your discretion and wish.
step 7 out of 12
Place in dough and mix well with a wooden spatula.
step 8 out of 12
Then add baking powder and stir until smooth.
step 9 out of 12
Grease the multicooker bowl with a small amount of vegetable oil, and then pour out the prepared dough, distribute it evenly with a silicone spatula. Close the lid of the multicooker. On the device panel, select the "Baking" mode, set the cooking time - 1 hour. Click the "Start" button. After the beep, turn off the device, leave the manna for another 10-15 minutes.
step 10 out of 12
Then open the lid of the appliance and using the steaming basket, carefully remove the manna and put it on a dish.
step 11 out of 12
Cool completely and sprinkle with a little powdered sugar. Rinse and dry the strawberries thoroughly, cut into slices and decorate the manna.
step 12 out of 12
Cut the cooled manna on yogurt into portions and serve with aromatic tea or freshly brewed coffee.

Enjoy the mouthwatering manna!
