Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
Pour the required amount of kefir into a deep container. Then add the required amount of semolina. Mix thoroughly and leave to swell for about 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
step 2 out of 7
Break chicken eggs into a deep container and add the required amount of granulated sugar.
step 3 out of 7
Using a mixer, beat thoroughly until the granulated sugar crystals are completely dissolved and a fluffy homogeneous consistency is obtained. You can also use a whisk or blender.
step 4 out of 7
Measure out the required amount of wheat flour and sift it through a fine sieve into the dough. Mix thoroughly with a silicone spatula.
step 5 out of 7
Add the swollen semolina, apricot jam, and baking soda to the mixture. Mix well with a mixer, blender or whisk until smooth.
step 6 out of 7
Cover the metal dish with baking paper, and then brush with a little vegetable oil, and evenly distribute the dough. Place the form in a preheated oven up to 200 degrees. Bake the manna for about 30-35 minutes. Check the readiness of the baking with a toothpick or wooden skewer. It must be completely dry.
step 7 out of 7
After the time has elapsed, carefully so as not to burn your hands, remove the mold with the manna from the oven, cool a little, and then remove the manna from the mold. Sprinkle the cooled manna with apricot jam with powdered sugar and garnish with orange peel. Cut into portions and serve.

Enjoy the most delicate baked goods!
