Mannik with orange and apple

I want to share a simple and quick recipe for an appetizing manna with an orange and an apple. An incredibly fragrant cake turns out to be tender, juicy and tasty. Great for Sunday breakfast or family tea.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 10
Measure out the required amount of semolina and pour into a deep container.
step 2 out of 10
Measure out the required amount of kefir. Then pour them semolina and mix thoroughly, leave for about 20-30 minutes to swell, stirring occasionally.
step 3 out of 10
Melt margarine in a microwave oven, in a water bath or over low heat. Cool slightly and add the required amount of granulated sugar, mix well. You can use butter instead of margarine.
step 4 out of 10
Break the chicken egg into the resulting mass. Mix thoroughly with a mixer until smooth. You can also use a whisk or a regular tablespoon.
step 5 out of 10
Add the swollen semolina to the mixture. Measure out the required amount of wheat flour and sift it through a fine sieve into a separate container. Add baking powder and mix thoroughly. Stir in dough gradually. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
step 6 out of 10
Add vanilla sugar last and stir well again.
step 7 out of 10
Wash the apple thoroughly under running water, then dry it with a clean kitchen towel. Peel with a vegetable peeler, then core with seeds. Cut the peeled apple into slices, place in a silicone mold and cover with half of the prepared dough.
step 8 out of 10
Wash the orange thoroughly, then pat dry with paper towels or place on a clean, dry towel. Peel the orange, cut into medium-sized pieces, remove the seeds if necessary. Place in a mold and then spread the remaining dough evenly.
step 9 out of 10
Place the form in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake the manna for about 40-45 minutes. Check the readiness of the baking with a wooden skewer. It must be completely dry. Carefully remove the mold with the manna from the oven, cool a little, and then remove it from the silicone mold and put it on a plate.
step 10 out of 10
Cut the cooled manna with orange and apple into portions and serve with aromatic freshly brewed tea or coffee.

Enjoy fragrant juicy pastries!
