Fragrant orange manna - what could be better and tastier for breakfast on a weekend with a cup of aromatic coffee with milk? We knead the dough, add orange and cardamom for a stunning smell and sunny color, a little time and you have a magnificent fragrant cake on your table that will create an atmosphere of comfort and a charge of vivacity and good mood for the whole day.

Combine milk and semolina in a deep bowl. Mix well and leave for 20-30 minutes to swell the semolina.

Rinse the orange in warm running water, scald with boiling water. Dry the orange with a kitchen towel and grind it together with the peel in a blender.

Break eggs into a clean dry bowl, add sugar and a pinch of salt and beat until foamy using a mixer.

After the semolina is swollen, mix it with the egg mass.
