Mannik is the simplest cake that we have known since childhood. Mom and grandmother prepared a manna for us, each time adding a variety of fillers, berries, dried fruits to it. Today we will deal with the preparation of manna with raisins. Combine the swollen semolina with the egg mixture, add the sifted flour. Pour the raisins into a deep container, pour boiling water over and leave for 5 minutes. Then we drain the water and discard the raisins in a colander. After the water drains from it, we send it into the dough and mix all the ingredients well until smooth so that there are no lumps. Grease the baking dish with a piece of soft butter and put the dough in it, level it on top with a silicone spatula. We put the form in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake the manna for 30-40 minutes.
