In a separate bowl, mix the yolks, cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanillin. Mix everything thoroughly. To obtain the most homogeneous mass, you can use a hand blender.

Next, add semolina and baking powder to the resulting curd mass. Mix all the ingredients, leave the cottage cheese-semolina dough for 15 minutes.
