The texture of the baked goods is soft and airy. Such a manna will appeal not only to adults, but also to children. Preparing such a dessert at home is not difficult.

First, you need to separate the whites from the yolks. Put cottage cheese and sugar in a container with yolks. We mix everything.

Add semolina, soda and sour cream to the curd mass. Mix all the components, leave the semolina dough for 15 minutes.

Beat the proteins with a mixer in a separate container, then add the protein mass to the cottage cheese-semolina.
